By registering for an XR Soccer Training Camp, you agree to the following Terms of Service, including our cancellation & refund policy:
Cancellation and & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To maintain fairness and help us meet our operational commitments, the following policy applies to all camp registrations, regardless of registration date:
Refund Eligibility:
・Refunds are only available in cases of illness or injury that prevent the athlete from participating in training activities.
・A doctor's note must be provided, confirming that teh athlete is medically unable to participate in camp activities.
Refund Schedule:
・75% Refund - If cancelled 4 months or more before the start of camp.
・50% Refund - If cancelled between 2 to 4 months before the start of camp.
・25% Refund - If cancelled between 1 to 2 months before the start of camp.
・No Refund - If cancelled less than 1 month before the start of camp.
Important Notes:
・All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include the required medical documentation.
・Funds withheld from refunds are used to cover non-recoverable expenses, including credit card processing fees, administrative costs, and camp-related costs that are paid in advance (facilities, staff, gear, etc)
・Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
・Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons other than verified medical inability to participate
