XR Soccer – Terms of Service

Applies to all XR Soccer programs including Summer Camps and the Mundialito 2026 International Trip

General Terms (All XR Programs)

By registering for any XR Soccer program, you agree to the following general conditions:

Club Neutrality

XR Soccer is a club-neutral training organization. We welcome players from all backgrounds and clubs. Our focus is on individual development and competitive growth.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, teammates, opponents, and facilities. XR reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

Media Release

Photos or videos taken during XR Soccer events may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your program begins.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, XR Soccer staff will take reasonable measures to contact a guardian and may seek appropriate medical care. All associated costs are the responsibility of the participant's family.

⚽ XR Soccer Summer Camps – Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

By registering for an XR Soccer Summer Camp, you agree to the following policy, regardless of registration date:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are only available in cases of illness or injury that prevent the athlete from participating in physical training.
  • A valid doctor’s note is required, confirming the athlete is medically unable to participate.
Refund Schedule
  • 75% refund – Cancellation made 4 months or more before camp start
  • 50% refund – Cancellation made 2–4 months before
  • 25% refund – Cancellation made 1–2 months before
  • No refund – Cancellation made less than 1 month before camp
Important Notes
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to teamxr@xrsoccertraining.com and must include the required medical documentation.
  • Withheld funds cover non-recoverable costs (credit card fees, admin time, prepaid expenses).
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are not issued for cancellations due to reasons other than verified medical inability.
  • Transfer of spots is not allowed.

Terms of Service

  1. Commitment to Participate: Participation includes international travel, hotel lodging, transportation, and team play. By registering, you are committing to the full program and securing your roster spot.
  2. Payment Options:
    • Pay in Full
    • 3-Month Plan
    • 5-Month Plan
    • 8-Month Plan
    A non-refundable deposit is required at registration and applies toward your total balance. It is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  3. Travel Documentation: XR Soccer requires timely submission of all travel documents, including passports and waivers, by the deadlines we provide. Failure to meet deadlines may result in removal from the trip without refund.
  4. Airfare Responsibility: Airfare is not included. XR Soccer is not responsible for canceled, missed, or delayed flights.

Refund Policy

Refunds Will Only Be Considered For:
  • Injury or illness (doctor’s note required)
  • Unforeseen family emergency (subject to XR review)
Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:
  • Schedule conflicts or change of mind
  • Failure to obtain a passport
  • Voluntary withdrawal
  • Personal travel arrangements
  • Any reason not deemed an emergency by XR
Refund Schedule
  • More than 8 months before event: Full refund minus deposit & admin fees
  • 6–8 months before: Full refund minus deposit & admin fees
  • 5–6 months before: 75% refund (excluding deposit)
  • 4–5 months before: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
  • 3–4 months before: 25% refund (excluding deposit)
  • Less than 3 months before: No refund; all payments forfeited
Important Notes
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to teamxr@xrsoccertraining.com and include required documentation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
  • All credit card and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Transfer of spots is not allowed.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes outside of this policy may result in removal from the trip and exclusion from future XR events.

Liability Waiver (All Programs)

Participation in XR Soccer programs involves physical activity, travel, and group interaction. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold XR Soccer, its staff, or partners liable for any injuries, illness, travel disruptions, or losses during your participation.
