Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of residential camps and the upfront commitments required, the following cancellation and refund policy applies specifically to XR Soccer Residential Camps:
Cancellations Prior to June 1
Cancellation requests submitted before June 1 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified injury or illness that prevent the athlete from participating.
A valid doctor’s note confirming the athlete is medically unable to participate is required.
Any approved refund, if granted, will be issued at XR Soccer’s discretion and may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
Cancellations On or After June 1
All cancellations on or after June 1 will result in forfeiture of 100% of all registration fees paid.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans.
