Carlos "Cacho" Cordoba
Cacho has a formidable coaching and playing background which started in Argentina. He grew up playing in the Boca Juniors Youth system where he was promoted to the first team and later became captain. He also played for the Argentinian National team before moving to the United States.
Upon his arrival in the U.S., Cordoba played in the Professional Indoor Soccer League for several clubs including the L.A. Lasers & Milwaukee Wave. Cordoba's coaching career is highlighted by stops at prestigious clubs such as Boca Juniors (Argentina), Independiente (Argentina), & Chivas (Mexico). Cordoba also coached professionally in the United States for the Miami Fusion, Milwaukee Rampage and Dallas Burn. "During those years, I was very fortunate to coach some of the very best players in the world such as Valderama, Sergio Aguero and Diego Maradona," reflected Cordoba. Recently, Cordoba has been the Director of Coaching at Fusion United where he has won 4 State Cups and a Super Y National Championship. He is currently the Director of Coaching Girls Division and ECNL Director at Colorado Storm.
